Job Title: Sales Leader – Banking Sector
Location: Valsad
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Roll
CTC: ₹ 2.39 To 3.50+ Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers / Executives
- Drive acquisition of banking products: CASA, loans, insurance, etc.
- Create and execute strategies to meet sales and productivity targets
- Monitor daily performance and provide training/coaching to the team
- Conduct field visits to support team members and ensure high conversion
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal processes
Eligibility:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 0–2 years of sales experience in banking/finance, with 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of CASA and banking products
- Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills
