Job Title: Sales Leader – Insurance
Location: Ajmer

Role Summary:
Lead a team of sales professionals or advisors to drive insurance business in the assigned region. Ensure achievement of sales targets, agent productivity, and business quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team or advisor network.
• Drive achievement of sales, recruitment, and activation targets.
• Conduct joint field work, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Build strong customer and agent relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and IRDAI regulations.
• Monitor sales funnel and take corrective actions as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI
• Proven track record in team handling and sales leadership
• Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and business planning skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
