Job Description
The Sales Leadership Partner plays a hybrid role between frontline sales execution and strategic leadership. This person is responsible for supporting, guiding, and elevating sales teams, acting as a strategic advisor, coach, and collaborator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional or functional sales teams to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Represent the voice of the field in leadership discussions and planning.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve sales processes, customer experience, and deal velocity.
- Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with broader sales strategies.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of Field sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-focused and self-motivated
- Graduation Is Mandatory.
- Age Criteria is 24 to 38.
