Job Description

The Sales Leadership Partner plays a hybrid role between frontline sales execution and strategic leadership. This person is responsible for supporting, guiding, and elevating sales teams, acting as a strategic advisor, coach, and collaborator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional or functional sales teams to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Represent the voice of the field in leadership discussions and planning.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve sales processes, customer experience, and deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with broader sales strategies.

What You Bring:

  • 2–5 years of Field sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-focused and self-motivated
  • Graduation Is Mandatory.
  • Age Criteria is 24 to 38.
