Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
– Will be in charge of leading a group of advisors
– Mainly in charge of advancing and creating a robust variable agency model in the region
– Utilising the variable agency approach to deliver the top-line revenue figures
– Will be in charge of meeting the Channel’s renewal goals.
– Preferable from Only Life Insurance Agency Background.
– Expertise in developing and growing a sales force.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of sales experience
– Good communication skills
