Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Find, bring on, and train new advisers or sales representatives.
– Create and sustain a high-achieving sales staff by giving them continual coaching and training.
– Establish and share with the team your sales aims and objectives.
– Track and assess each agent’s performance as well as that of the team.
– Create and execute sales strategies to meet goals and targets in the sales domain.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
