Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Use career planning, training & development, and coaching to create, manage, and grow a high-performing staff.
• Supervises financial analysis to assess managerial and organisational performance and foresees possible consequences of choices made using financial data analysis.
• Examine the monthly and quarterly financial statements and give business managers and other senior management insightful feedback.
• Keep abreast on organisational policies and processes so that you may advise other company associates.
• By collaborating closely with a cross-functional management team, provide timely and helpful insights and analytical support.
• Make recommendations to higher-level management in a clear, succinct, and powerful manner.
• To improve financial analysis and reporting procedures, promote creativity and strategic thinking.
• Provides guidance to others on a range of financial instruments, methods, and strategies.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
