Required Criteria :
- First, should have at least two years of experience in field sales.
- Age should range from 24 to 38 years old.
- Own transportation is necessary.
- And finally, be prepared to build your own network.
Roles and responsibilities: - Agency managers’ primary responsibilities include hiring business partners and quality advisors.
- Observing the sales objectives and attaining them
- Achieving sales goals
- In the Agency Channel, the Agency will be in charge of managing an on-roll team of 8- 10 sales
Agents. - Accompany sales representatives on client visits to support and enhance their abilities
The sales manager team is in charge of assembling the team (life insurance advisors) from within their own personal and professional networks.
