Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, and other prospecting activities.
- Identify potential customers or clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Network within the industry to build a strong professional network.
Candidate Desired profile
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales functions.
- Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
- Local native is Mandatory for 3 to 5 years.
