- Recruit, train, and empower a team of skilled insurance agents.
- Foster a culture centered around exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance closely, and analyze market trends.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proactively pursue new clients through networking
- prospecting, and active participation in industry events to expand the client base.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Age criteria: Minimum 22 years to maximum 37 Years.
- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
