– Assign them a task in sales and encourage them.

– Obtain the sales objective through intensives.

– Outstanding people and leadership abilities

Candidate prerequisite :

– Must have a degree.

– Field sales experience of at least two years

– The capacity to manage a group of advisors

– Not to be a job-hopper

– Ready to go on sale

– Strong leadership abilities are a requirement for the position.

– Excellent understanding of sales forecasting techniques

– Strong communication abilities in both writing and speaking.
