Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a capable team of insurance agents.
- Foster a culture dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and develop strategic plans.
- Evaluate competitors and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Actively seek new clients through networking, prospecting, and participation in industry events to grow the client base.
Qualification Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Age range: 22 to 38 years.
- Must have been a resident for at least 3 to 5 years.
