Role and Responsibilities: 

• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a capable team of insurance agents.
• Foster a culture dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and develop strategic plans.
• Evaluate competitors and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
• Actively seek new clients through networking, prospecting, and participation in industry events to grow the client base.

Qualification Criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Age range: 22 to 38 years.
• Must have been a resident for at least 3 to 5 years.
