Position: Sales Manager

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in Sales and Marketing within BFSI.

CTC/Salary: ₹3.20 LPA – ₹3.80 LPA, plus incentives and additional benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • Assign tasks based on employee strengths.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents.
