Job Title: Sales Manager – Insurance

CTC: Up to 3.45 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits

Qualifications:

Mandatory graduation
Must own a bike with a valid license
Minimum of 2 years in field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the agency vertical in the assigned region
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market reach
  • Recruit, train, and motivate agents
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and agents
