A sales manager manages an organization’s entire sales process. They are responsible for supervising sales plans and the performance of an organization to achieve the expected growth

Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones
Implementing the company’s sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions
Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals
Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads

Requirement:

·         Any Graduates

·         Candidate must have field job experience.

·         Sales and insurance experienced candidate preferred.

·         Age: 21 to 38

·         Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)

·         Must have local candidate
