We’re in search of a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee our agency operations in the life insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Leading and nurturing a team of insurance agents within our agency network.
• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand our market presence.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Utilizing sales data analysis to enhance performance and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements for this position include:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales management within the life insurance industry, specifically in the agency channel.
• Exceptional leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
• A strategic and analytical mindset focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Residency in the local area, with an age limit of 21 to 38 years.
