Lead and support a team of insurance agents in our life insurance agency channel to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with company standards while fostering a dynamic and motivated sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate insurance agents, setting and monitoring sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to enhance agent performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
- Must be local.
