Sales Manager – Life Insurance
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of insurance professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team: Identify, hire, and onboard new sales representatives. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Drive sales performance: Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them. Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and motivate the team: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best. Provide regular feedback and recognition for individual and team achievements.
- Develop and implement sales strategies: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute effective sales plans and campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Manage sales pipeline and customer relationships: Track sales progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure smooth sales cycles. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure the sales team adheres to all applicable laws and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve company goals.
Qualifications Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 5+ years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry, products, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
