Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
• The aim is to recognize, locate, and acquire business prospects, both immediate and future.
• In line with the sales strategy, to create new business prospects both within and among existing customer bases.
• Ensuring that clients’ continuous expectations are fulfilled is one way to maintain client retention.
• Overseeing the daily sales activities, such as prospecting, market development, service agreements, proposals, and agreements.
• Monitor the daily operations of the field team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to enable them to meet both personal and corporate goals.
• Holding product, selling, lead prospecting, and closing skills trainings for subordinates to help them acquire the necessary abilities.
• Verifies whether customers are satisfied with the product by following up with them.
• Prospective consumers should be actively identified, contacted, and sales leads should be followed up on to produce
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
