Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Channel Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our life insurance distribution through agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Recruitment & Development: Identify, recruit, and train high-potential insurance agents to build a strong agency network.

·         Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize agency performance and achieve sales targets.

·         Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with agents, providing ongoing support and conducting regular performance reviews.

·         Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

·         Compliance: Ensure all agency operations adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Min 1 to 2 years experience in sales and marketing

·         Age below 38 Years

·         Must be local candidate
