Job Description

We are seeking a sales manager to lead and manage a team of advisors, driving business growth on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and oversee a team of advisors , ensuring effective business generation.
• Mobilize and manage business operations through the advisors.
• Provide daily reports on team achievements.
• Conduct performance reviews for advisors to assess and enhance productivity.
• Ensure monthly productivity targets are met.
• Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to reach their goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum graduate degree.
• 2+ years of field sales experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be local.
