Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a team of advisors for effective business generation.
- Oversee business operations through advisors.
- Provide daily performance reports.
- Conduct performance reviews to enhance productivity.
- Ensure monthly targets are met.
- Train and motivate advisors to achieve their goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum graduate degree.
- 2+ years of preferred field sales experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be local.
