Job Description

We are seeking a sales manager with a bachelor’s degree and exceptional communication and leadership skills. Prior sales experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train new sales agents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both staff and clients.
  • Ensure effective time management and compliance with regulations.
  • Research industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:
