Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee a team of sales representatives to meet sales goals.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
Provide training and coaching to enhance the sales team’s performance.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics.
