Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Meet the annualised new premium and case count business targets.
- Gain new clients by using a variety of sales techniques
- Take part in hiring and disciplinary procedures for employees.
- Establish and share sales targets that are in line with organisational objectives.
- Assign duties and oversee employees to uphold performance requirements
- Keep an eye on sales conversations and offer constructive criticism on tactics
- Continue to communicate with clients to learn about their needs.
- To improve tactics, apply learnings from market research and performance evaluations.
- Hold regular training sessions to inform the workforce about new product releases.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
