Job Description
The Sales Manager will lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales agents to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets. Also work closely with other departments, monitor market trends, and foster a culture of excellence within the sales team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and motivational events to improve team performance.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales approaches.
- Provide feedback and performance improvement plans for team members as necessary.
- Continuously improve the skills of the sales team by organizing ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes, new products, and legal requirements.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor degree
- 21-38 age
- Fulltime
- 1year sales experience
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
