Job Description
Our role is to find, develop, and assist insurance agents in selling our products.
Among your duties are to locate and recruit new agents.
Responsibilities
* Educate agents on our goods and how to market them.
* Aid salespeople in closing deals and resolving client issues.
* Monitor agent performance and provide comments.
* Grow our clientele and clientele base.
* Establish positive rapport with both consumers and agents.
* Ensure that everyone abides by the laws and guidelines.
Requirements
* A degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
* Sales experience, particularly in the insurance industry.
* Familiarity with the Indian insurance sector.
* Effective people and communication abilities.
* Capacity to collaborate and work independently.
* Skilled in problem-solving and negotiation.
* A driver’s license.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
