The Sales Manager helps increase insurance sales through banks by building strong relationships, meeting sales goals, training bank staff and providing excellent customer service while following rules and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sell life, health, or general insurance to bank customers.
- Build good relationships with bank staff to grow business.
- Train bank employees on insurance products and how to sell them.
- Talk to customers to understand their needs and suggest the right insurance.
- Follow all compliance rules and keep proper sales records.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
- 2+ experience in bancassurance, banking or insurance sales.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to lead and motivate.
