A dynamic Sales Manager is needed to guide, mentor, and motivate agents in order to boost output and expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To accomplish individual and group performance objectives, assemble, develop, and lead a group of agents.
- Regularly evaluate performance and offer helpful criticism and specialized development plans.
- To improve agent skills and capabilities, create and conduct interesting training programs.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to match corporate objectives with agent development.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ years or more in sales and marketing, in any industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- 3+ year residential or indigenous.
