We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and grow our insurance agency network in India. You will drive business growth, develop sales strategies, and lead a team of agents while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement plans to expand the agency network.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales agents.
• Build strong relationships with agency partners.
• Analyze market trends and sales data for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support and train agents to enhance performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in insurance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance laws and the Indian market.
• Prior fieldwork experience required.
• Must be based locally in India.
