This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Achieving sales goals, managing relationships, and acquiring new clients are the main priorities of the role.
- Identifying and onboarding insurance advisors is one of the roles and responsibilities.
- Sales & Business Development: Create and put into action plans to increase sales.
- Performance management: Encourage and assist in order to increase output.
Profile of the required candidate:
- Qualification: Graduate.
- Experience: Two or more years in any sales-related field .
- Age range: 21 years old to 38 years old .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeled It has to be local.
