Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of agents to optimize individual and team performance.
  • Establish, track, and achieve sales goals, implementing effective strategies to drive results.
  • Address client concerns promptly and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service.
  • Supervise and execute marketing campaigns to enhance agency visibility and brand presence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
  • Regularly report to senior management on team performance, progress towards goals, and business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at driving sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in team management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
