Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and carry out strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Determine new business prospects and modify strategies in light of performance evaluation.
- Hire, educate, and inspire financial advisors to meet goals.
- To improve performance, give continual coaching, criticism, and assistance.
- Examine consumer demands, market trends, and rivals.
- Give agents focused strategies so they may target high-value client categories.
Qualification & Experience:
- Completing graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales in any industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and meeting sales goals.
- The ability to lead a team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to establish rapport with clients and agents.
