The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth in the assigned region by recruiting, managing, and developing a team of high-performing agents. This role is vital in achieving sales goals while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute plans to enhance agent performance and achieve sales targets.
- Mentor agents, offer regular guidance, and provide feedback to optimize productivity.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure agents have the resources and support needed for success.
- Uphold company policies and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully managing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to assess data and develop strategies for business growth.
