Key Responsibilities :
– Drive branch profitability and expand market reach by consistently achieving revenue targets.
– Identify, recruit, and nurture a robust team of FLMs to establish a high-performing sales network.
– Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance at all levels.
– Boost customer footfall through targeted local marketing initiatives.
– Craft and execute effective sales and marketing strategies while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
– Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
– Foster strong partnerships with local stakeholders to ensure smooth branch operations.
– Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of branch staff.
Requirement :
– Bachelor’s degree in any field sales.
– Prior sales experience is a plus.
– Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
