Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• ‘Identify and onboard advisors and business partners.
• Conduct regular meetings (daily, weekly, and monthly) with agency partners to analyze business performance and market positioning.
• Set ambitious sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Assist managers in crafting and executing effective sales strategies.
• Lead efforts in recruiting, evaluating, and training new agents.
• Provide necessary guidance and resources to enhance team productivity.

Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Age limit: Up to 38 years
✔️ Must own a two-wheeler for commuting
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
✔️ Strong understanding of the local market dynamics
✔️ Graduation is mandatory
