The Sales Manager will focus on formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to recruit, manage, and develop financial advisors. This role will also analyze market performance and adjust tactics accordingly to drive regional sales growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment and training of financial advisors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust business tactics.
  • Provide coaching and performance management to agents.
  • Drive the team’s performance to consistently exceed sales targets.

Qualification & Experience: 

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
