• Executing sales strategies to achieve set business targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agents.
• Handling claim investigations as necessary.
• Developing a robust network within the industry.
• Monitoring agent licensing and ensuring timely activation.
• Providing ongoing product and process training to agents.
• Maintaining a target-driven approach for consistent performance.

Preferred Candidate
Minimum 2 year of experience in sales, agency, or insurance sector.
Comfortable with field sales.
Full-time graduate or diploma holder (10+2+3 years).
