Job Description

Position: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit a sales team from the open market.
Guide, manage, and train the team to achieve sales goals.
Generate business and ensure policy sales through the team.
Meet half-yearly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

Education: Must be a graduate.
At least 2 years of experience in sales (any field).
Must own a bike for local travel.
The candidate must be a local resident.

Compensation:

CTC: Up to ₹3.20 LPA + performance-based incentives + additional benefits.
On-roll employment with the company.
Five-day work week with weekends off.
