The Sales manager drives business expansion in a designated region by building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team of financial agents to meet sales objectives and fuel growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and inspire financial advisors to exceed performance targets.
  • Formulate and implement growth strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Scout new market opportunities and refine approaches based on data-driven insights.
  • Deliver consistent mentorship, performance feedback, and skill development to agents.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Equip agents with effective strategies to target premium customer segments.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 2+ years in sales and marketing across any industry.
  • Demonstrated success in hitting sales targets and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership abilities to steer teams toward success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
