Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing a team of financial advisors to ensure sales growth and expand the company’s reach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and mentor a team of financial advisors.
  • Execute business strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Motivate and train advisors to enhance their performance.
  • Identify high-value customer segments and create engagement strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and advisors.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of target achievement.
