Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals, drive business growth, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue and growth targets.
  • Set clear sales objectives,  and goals for the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and follows a structured sales process.
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns by collaborating with the team or other departments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is Mandator.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
