Qualifications and Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing in any field.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
