Job Summary: 

We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of and achieve regional revenue targets. You’ll coach your team, optimize sales processes, and analyze performance.

– Hire, train, and mentor sales team members
– Set sales targets and monitor progress
– Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas

Requirements: 
– Significant sales management experience in insurance
