We are looking for a Sales Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. To excel in this role, strong communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team are essential. Previous experience in a sales-related position is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Recruit, screen, and train new agents to build a strong sales team.
Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both staff and clients.
Ensure effective time management among team members.
Ensure compliance with agency regulations, guidelines, and policies.
Research current industry and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular team meetings to foster collaboration and share insights.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
Must be a Local Candidate
Age Criteria 22 – 38
