Sales Manager  
We are looking for a Sales Manager in the Agency Channel for a leading insurance company in India.
Responsibilities: 

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors, promoting a culture of achievement and professional development.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners to drive profitable business growth.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and mentorship to advisors to help them reach their full potential.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies that keep us competitive.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  Requirements: 
• Bachelor’s degree in any field or a postgraduate degree.
• 1 to 2 years in sales and marketing across any industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
