Job Description
Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, setting revenue targets, building customer relationships, and leading the team to meet and exceed business objectives.
Roles:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives or representatives.
- Set sales targets and track performance through KPIs and reports.

- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations of team members.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Preferred Candidate:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
