Job Description

Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, setting revenue targets, building customer relationships, and leading the team to meet and exceed business objectives.

Roles:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives or representatives.
  • Set sales targets and track performance through KPIs and reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct regular training and performance evaluations of team members.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

Preferred Candidate:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
