Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive business growth through the agency channel. The role includes recruiting and managing insurance agents, supporting them to meet sales targets, and ensuring strong performance through regular engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage life insurance agents/advisors.
Drive insurance sales to meet monthly and annual business targets.
Support agents with product knowledge, joint field calls, and sales techniques.
Monitor agent activity and provide ongoing motivation and guidance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify improvement areas.
Organize training and promotional activities for agents.
Maintain compliance and reporting standards as per company guidelines.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation is mandatory .
Experience: 3–6 years in sales, preferably in life insurance or financial services with agency/channel exposure.
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and team-handling abilities.
Willing to travel regularly in the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
