Job Title: Sales Manager
Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead and support a team that meets customers and sells our products in the field. Your job is to help the team perform well, solve any problems, and keep customers happy.
- Lead and support a team of field sales people
- Plan customer visits and daily sales work
- Join team members during key customer meetings
- Make sure sales targets are met every month
- Give training to new and current team members
- Solve issues that come up during field visits
- Track sales progress and send regular reports
- Share ideas to improve sales with the company team
Candidate Profile:
We need someone who is good at leading others, enjoys talking to people, and understands how sales work in the field.
- Graduate from any stream
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the field
- Good at speaking and building trust with customers
- Willing to travel every day as part of the job
- Should understand the local market and customer needs
- Must have a two-wheeler or car for travel
