Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and implement effective sales strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership channels.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
