Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, build a high-performing team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives or associates to meet performance targets.
  • Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key accounts and develop strategies for retention.
  • Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
