Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, build a high-performing team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives or associates to meet performance targets.
- Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Foster long-term relationships with key accounts and develop strategies for retention.
- Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
